Looking to add in something extra to your meal plan with some flavor, but not steering away from your diet plan? Stir-fry - minus the high sodium sauces :) This is SO easy!

Stir-Fry

Ingredients

4oz Lean Steak (I used round)
3/4 cup Stir Fry Veggie Steam Pack or just veggies of choice
3/4 cup Corn
1/2 Teaspoon Olive Oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Teaspoon of Garlic
Pepper to taste

Instructions

Lightly spray your wok or frying pan with a cooking spray. Over medium heat add your veggies and corn and begin cooking. Add your steak once your veggies are close to being cooked all the way, but not completely. Add garlic, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and your pepper and stir. Cook your meat to your desired temperature and until veggies are cooked to your preference. Enjoy!
